Benchmark’s HCS Series of magnetic stirrers are suitable for high volume, batch mixing of sample sizes up to 150 liters. Two models are available, each designed for large-scale stirring applications. The HCS-50 is suitable for mixing volumes up to 50L, while the HCS-150 is suitable for volumes up to 150L.

These stirrers feature a durable, chemically resistant white ceramic top plate, which protects the internals of the stirrer from leaks and spills. The powerful motor drive system ensures efficient and thorough mixing in large vessels and viscous samples. Mixing speed can be set and viewed on the large digital display and is adjustable in increments of 1rpm from 50 to 1500rpm (or 50 to 1200rpm with model HCS-150). Mixing time can be set from 1 second up to 9 hours, or continuous.
